02 How long does the design process take?
How long does it take to design a Gucci dress? Just like all creative endeavors, each project differs depending on requirements, goals, scope, and deadlines. As a ballpark estimate though, a basic logo design can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
03 I’m in a HUGE rush and need this work done, like, yesterday. Can you help me?
We are always happy to help our clients wherever we can; however, we need to consider the scope and complexity – as well as realistic expectations and our workflow schedule – before taking on urgent projects.
If your project is urgent and requires the first artwork concept within 2-3 working days, a rush loading fee of 20% (on top of your project’s total cost) will apply. This fee also applies to rush jobs done on weekends, public holidays, and outside regular operating hours. Please note, the additional rush fee must be paid before the start of the expedited project.
04 Do you offer start-up packages?

We are passionate about delivering unique branding solutions that you’ll fall head-over-heels in love with. All our services come with two (2) rounds of revisions so that you can give us your honest feedback at every stage of the design process.
However, if you are at all unsatisfied with what we create for you, it’s essential that you get in touch immediately so we can discuss the issue and look at how it relates to the original, agreed-upon design brief.
